Chromed Embroidery Scissors - Concorde  Embroidery Scissors with a modern 70's style

This model of embroidery scissors with its' innovative form is very much in a 1970s' style, which is when they were originally produced. With a length of 12 cm, they are among the larger embroidery scissors.
Traditionally, domestic scissors came in three categories:
- the "embroiderers", small scissors for embroidery and lacework (between 8 and 12 cm).
- "linen scissors", household scissors for bed linen and small cuts of cloth (between 12 and 18 cm).
- the "dressmakers", scissors specifically intended for dressmaking (16 cm upwards). It should be remembered that, up till the 20th century and the arrival of ready to wear goods, the majority of clothes were home-made.
