Postage and Return Policy
Australian Needle Arts Purchasing Information
1. Australian Needle Arts is a secure site for payment.
2. All prices on this website are in Australian Dollars and include GST
3. International customers will be charged in Australian dollars without GST. (Goods and Services Tax).
4. The "Choose Your Currency" drop down is a conversion guide only. Australian Needle Arts sends WORLDWIDE and is not dictated by the countries in this box. Likewise when making a purchase and completing your address if your country is not in the drop down please just put Australia an in Comments add your Country.
4. Postage & Packing will be charged at cost, and added to your invoice before shipping. Please advise us if you have any special postage requirements, for example express or registered mail.
5. Whilst the facility for currency conversion is available, this is for your information only. All goods will be debited in AUD$ when goods are ready for dispatch and will include postage and handling. The rate of exchange shown will be that on the day of processing.
6. Your credit card will not be debited until your goods are ready for shipping.
7. You will be notified by email when your goods are shipped. Please check your junk mail folder if you have not recieved notice.
8. Australian Needle Arts are not responsible for loss or damage to products during delivery. Lost or damaged items should be reported to Australia Post using the Tracking Number we supply at the time of posting.
Australian Needle Arts Returns Policy
1. If there is a problem or error with your order, please email us immediately or at least within 7 days of delivery and we will act promptly to rectify the situation.
2. Please do not return any product to us until we have sent you a return authorisation.
3. We are unable to accept returns of any Books, pre-cut Fabrics, Kits, threads, patterns and charts, unless there was a defect or fault that obviously occurred during production, although all items will be inspected thoroughly prior to shipping.
4. Damage during shipping is not included in this policy, and therefore you should consider requesting insurance with your shipping costs when ordering and if authorised to return any goods.
5. A copy of the return authorisation must be included with the product and all items must be returned in the original condition that we sent them to you.
6. Shipping costs will only be refunded if the defect or fault is confirmed by Australian Needle Arts.
7. Once we have confirmed the fault or defect, we will offer a replacement item or a refund in the same manner that payment was made.
