2 Day Workshop - Monday 6th & Tuesday 7th July

Christine Thompson is an award winning milliner with over 20 years experience in Opera, Theatre and Musicals. Credits include operas, Carmen, Madame Butterfly, My Fair Lady, the film, Moulin Rouge and musicals, Dr Zhivago, Love Never Dies, A Funny Thing happened on the way to the Forum, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, King Kong, Phantom of the Opera, The King and I, theatre, Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead.

Join Christine and create a summery sunny sun hat, using patterns supplied by her.  Participants in this workshop will be shown how to make a versatile fabric sun hat with all the trimmings, including simple flowers and bows.  It will be your unique creation!

Also covered in this workshop will be a variety of surface design techniques for participants to further individualise your final creation.

Skill level: All welcome
