The Clover Slash Cutter

  • Suitable for cutting straight or curved designs, the new Slash Cutter comes with two interchangeable guides; one for straight and one for curve slash cutting.
  • Designed with comfort and safety features.
  • A fast and easy way to make faux chenille. Just insert the guide and push. No cutting mat required. Just insert the guide and push.
  • Use a sewing machine to sew evenly spaced lines on several layers of fabrics in the direction of the fabric bias.
  • Insert the Slash Cutter guide into a channel between two stitching lines. (Place the guide on top of bottom fabric.)
  • Use one hand to hold down the fabrics and push the Slash Cutter forward to make the cut. [If the initial cut is difficult, use scissors to make a 2 to 3cm (1") cut first.
  • After all cuts have been completed, wash fabrics in a washing machine to create the fluffy, tufted look.
