Mosaic Magic! Two pure silk laminated felt scarves.

Join Wendy Bailye for two lovely days playing with silk fabrics and mosaic patterning , creating two light weight felted scarves in beautiful bright patterns of your choice. The scarves will have a black base with your choice of colourful mosaic fabric decoration and design. You will learn to felt onto a base of silk fabric to create fantastic lightweight felts that are unique and very beautiful .This is a very gentle , quick  felting process. It is also a class in creation. Your design – your own creation. We will make two scarves. It also makes a lovely wall hanging or piece of fabric to use in your artwork.

Kit cost: $141.75

The kit includes 2 black silk georgette scarves as base fabric, black 18 micron merino superfine wool and  approximately 3.6 m x 84 cm patterned silk fabrics in a variety of bright colours, and use of Wendy’s felting equipment including rolling mats ,soap , netting and water containers
